Prof. Ke Wang
Professor of East China University of Technology (ECUT), China
Prof. Ke Wang obtained his Ph.D degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from HUST. His expertise covers magnetic/optical/electronic thin films and devices. He had been working in the UK as research fellow for several years. Before that, he received Humboldt research award to carry out his work in RWTH-Aachen. Currently he is Head of the School of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, ECUT. Prof. Wang serves as Editorial Board Member for over ten scientific journals and has published more than 70 peer reviewed papers.

Dr. Wei Min Huang
Professor of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Dr. Wei Min Huang is currently an Associate Professor (tenured) at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With over 25 years of experience on various shape memory materials (alloy, polymer, composite and hybrid), he has published over 200 papers in journals, such as Accounts of Chemical Research, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews, and Materials Today, and has been invited to review manuscripts from over 290 international journals (including Progress in Polymer Science, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, and Advanced Functional Materials, etc), project proposals from American Chemical Society, Hong Kong Research Grants Council, etc, and book proposals from Springer, Elsevier and CRC. He has published two books (Thin film shape memory alloys – fundamentals and device applications, Polyurethane shape memory polymers) and is currently on the editorial board of over three dozen of journals.

Prof. Dr. Maria Giovanna Buonomenna
Professor of Ordine Regionale dei Chimici e dei Fisici della Campania (OCF) and MIUR, Italy
M. G. Buonomenna (Salerno, 1975), graduated in Chemistry in 1998 (110/110), obtained the license and status of Professional Chemist in 1999 (100/100). She was awarded a Research Fellowship in Membrane Materials and Operations in 1999 from the Institute on Membrane and Technology (ITM) (former IRMERC)-National Research Council of Italy (CNR) and a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Materials in 2005 from the University of Calabria. In February 2014 and for the second time in October 2018 she obtained the qualification of Associate Professor in Chemical Fundamentals of Technologies from the Italian Ministry for Instruction, University and Research (MIUR). Her research activities relate to membrane science and technology for sustainable processes. She is author of more than 70 scientific papers in peer-reviewed international journals, 1 book, more than 90 contributions published in conferences proceedings, 10 chapters of scientific books, editor of 1 book on advanced membrane materials, guest-editor of 9 Special Issues in peer-reviewed international journals, and member of the Editorial Boards for a number of international peer reviewed journals. She has been an Invited Speaker in numerous international conferences. She serves as reviewer for several international scientific journals and as Expert Evaluator for International Funding Agencies.

Prof. Jie Huang
Professor of Southwest University, Chongqing, China
Prof. Jie Huang, IEEE Member, male, is currently a professor and PhD Tutor in College of Enigneering and Technology, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. He received the Ph.D degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2011. In March 2016, he conducted a one-year visiting study on compound semiconductors and monolithic THz circuits with Professor Jan Stake in the Terahertz and Millimeter Wave Laboratory of Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He has been mainly engaged in the research of compound semiconductor microwave devices and monolithic integrated circuits, radio frequency/microwave passive devices and modules, metamaterials, and microwave dielectric sensor. Recent research mainly focuses on measuring the complex permittivity and permeability of solid, liquid and powder materials by use of microwave resonant method, and sensing detection by using electromagnetic resonant absorption of meta-surface absorber, such as detecting water content of emulsified oil and identifying edible oil species. He has presided over 10 projects, including 2 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He currently have published more than 40 article in the microwave field, such as IEEE Trans. Microw. Theory Tech., IEEE Sensors J., Sensors, J. Electromagnet Wave, Microw. Op tic Tech. Lett., Prog. Electromagn. Res. C(M, Letters), Opt. Quant. Electron., Chin. Phys. B, and he is also a guest reviewer of these microwave journals.
